I filed complaints with Federal Reserve and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. I filed with them and BBB. I finally got my refund 4 months later. Having to deal with Optum was the worst! I've been with Optum for about 10 years, in one of the IT depts. Its been a fairly good ride. Most people have been great, but with all jobs you take some things with a grain of salt. Optum refuses to pay their share of prescriptions, that they were contracted to pay. I have contacted them many times and get a different song and dance every time I speak to someone. Usual reactions are: we're working on it, there are no corr ordination of benefits. The info has to be entered manually and the list goes on and on.
